This post is a work in progress. The outline below is what I plan to write up.

What it is

A small Proxmox cluster built from machines I already had: a mini PC and two Dell laptops. It is both a hobby and a place to practice the skills I use in cloud and infrastructure work.

Planned sections

• Building the cluster and the storage layout (LVM on ext4, and why I dropped ZFS replication)
• Internal DNS with Technitium and a split-horizon setup
• An Active Directory lab, built by hand first and then rebuilt with Terraform and Ansible
• CI/CD for the lab with GitHub as the source of truth
